There are 27 units that cover everything from instore merchandising to managing staff, from graphics to loss prevention.
As a manager or someone going in to management, you already possess a number of skills that got you there by yourself. So it is important that you take on units that challenge your present knowledge and competances.
We have covered as many areas as the retail experience covers. If you work in hardware or soft furnishings – the basics of retail management remain the same, but some areas will mean you require a more specific understanding, so the optional units allow you to pick and mix for your businesses needs.
